Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

3-month minimum memberships can’t be cancelled during the first three months. The minimum term applies in full: all three monthly payments are due, even if you stop using the studio. You can cancel any time after the minimum term, effective at the end of your current billing period.

Month-to-month memberships can be cancelled at any time. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no refund is given for the rest of that period.

Day Passes & 2-Hour Sessions

Day Passes and 2-Hour Sessions are non-refundable.

If you can’t make it, contact us at least 24 hours before your session at hi@studioslowform.ca and we’ll do our best to move your booking to another day.

Booking cancellations & missed sessions

You can cancel a booking online up to 24 hours before the start time, using the link in your booking confirmation email. After that, bookings can no longer be cancelled online.

The fee is added to your next booking at checkout, or we’ll send you a payment link.

Sessions start and end at the booked times. If you arrive late, your session still ends at the scheduled time.

Bobbin cases

A $25 charge is added to your account for any bobbin case that isn’t returned at the end of your session or goes missing. This charge is non-refundable.

Exceptional circumstances

If the studio has to close for reasons beyond our control, we’ll work with affected members to reschedule or provide credit where possible.
